7-day returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
- Bibs and other items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been washed, worn or damaged after delivery
How to request a return
Email care@vrglobal.in or WhatsApp us with your order number, the item and the reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI or card). Banks may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the amount.
Damaged or wrong items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
