1About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the VR Global website and to every purchase you make from VR Global Inc (“VR Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website.

2Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• Please provide accurate, current and complete information when you register or check out, and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the website.

3Products, sizes & colours

• We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
• Sizes are based on approximate age, height and weight ranges. Please check the size guide; every baby grows differently.
• Product images may include styling items that are not part of the product.
• Minor variations in print placement, stitching or shade are a natural part of textile production and are not considered defects.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4Pricing & taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5Placing an order

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted and confirmed only once your payment is successful and you receive an order number.
• Please review your items, sizes, quantities and delivery address carefully before paying. We cannot change the address after dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, an undeliverable address or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6Payments — online only

VR Global accepts online payments only:

• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app
• Credit / debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and other supported cards

• Payments are processed securely by our authorised payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank passwords.
• VR Global will never ask for your OTP, PIN or card details by phone, email or WhatsApp. Please do not share them with anyone.
• If a payment fails or is interrupted, the order stays “Awaiting payment”. You can retry from the Track order page. Any amount debited for a failed payment is automatically reversed by your bank, usually within 5–7 business days.
• Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled automatically and the items released back to stock.

7Shipping & delivery

• We deliver across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days elsewhere. Remote locations may take longer.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat fee of ₹79 applies to smaller orders.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, courier delays or events beyond our control.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
• Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or damaged. Refuse it and contact us right away.

8Order cancellation

• You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Contact us with your order number.
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may return eligible items as described below.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are made to the original payment method (UPI or card).

9Returns, exchanges & refunds

• Unused items with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened bibs and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
• Items that are washed, worn, damaged after delivery or missing tags are not eligible.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item, and are credited to the original payment method (UPI or card). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

10Coupons & offers

• Coupon codes must be applied before payment and cannot be added after an order is placed.
• Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Each offer may have its own minimum order value, maximum discount and expiry date.
• If you return part of an order, the discount may be adjusted proportionally in the refund.
• We may change or withdraw offers at any time and cancel orders that misuse coupons.

11Product care & baby safety

• Remove all tags, labels, pins and packaging before use, and keep packaging away from children.
• Always supervise babies when they wear clothing or accessories with buttons, bows, snaps or other small parts.
• Do not leave swaddles, blankets or loose items near a sleeping baby without supervision. Follow safe-sleep guidance from your paediatrician.
• Check garments regularly for loose buttons or threads and stop using any item that is damaged.
• Follow the care instructions on the label. Damage caused by incorrect washing, bleaching or ironing is not covered as a defect.

12Reviews & content you share

• Reviews must be honest, relevant and based on your own experience with the product.
• Do not post content that is offensive, unlawful, misleading, or that includes personal information or advertising.
• By posting a review you allow us to display it on our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

13Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the VR Global name and logo, “House of Inspired Labels”, product designs, illustrations, photographs, text and layout — belongs to VR Global Inc or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• place orders with false details or someone else’s payment method;
• attempt to hack, overload or interfere with the website or its security;
• scrape, copy or resell our content or products without permission.

15Limitation of liability

• We provide the website and products in good faith but cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

16Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only to process orders, provide support and improve our service, as explained in our Privacy policy. We send marketing messages only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

17Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve concerns amicably — please contact us first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its “Last updated” date. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
